At Duchess Hairs, we take pride in providing high-quality human hair extensions and wigs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with unboxing video proof showing the item in its original condition.

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refund requests will only be reviewed if the item received is completely different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong length, texture, or colour).

Non-Refundable Conditions

Any installed, worn, washed, trimmed lace or altered hair is non-refundable.

Issues related to customer preference (e.g., texture, colour perception, or length expectations) will not qualify for a refund.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds (if any) will be issued as store credit only.

Refund processing may take up to 30 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which must include tracking and insurance.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Any installed, worn, washed, combed, or altered hair is ineligible for exchange.

Exchanges will not be granted due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with texture, color perception, or length expectations.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.

The replacement product will only be shipped after the returned item has been inspected and approved, which may take up to 30 business days.

Only one exchange request per order is allowed, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
