Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with unboxing video proof showing the item in its original condition.

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refund requests will only be reviewed if the item received is completely different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong length, texture, or color).

Non-Refundable Conditions

Any installed, worn, washed, trimmed lace, or altered hair is non-refundable.

Issues related to customer preference (e.g., texture, color perception, or length expectations) do not qualify for a refund.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds (if any) will be issued as store credit only.

Refund processing may take up to 30 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Policy

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Any installed, worn, washed, combed, or altered hair is ineligible for exchange.

Exchanges will not be granted due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with texture, color perception, or length expectations.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
